International Potluck Dinner with International Artists
Help us welcome 8+ cultural arts leaders from Bahrain to Northeast Florida next week! Join us Wednesday for an International Potluck dinner in Springfield at the home of Andrea Myers & Fady Makshat. This event is both kid friendly and great for networking. Plus we will have games set up in the back yard for the littlest Citizen Diplomats. All attendees are encouraged to INVITE A FRIEND new to GlobalJax and are asked to bring an entree or dessert of personal cultural significance to share with our guests.

Donate an item to the 'Taste the World' Silent Auction
Baskets Include - Wines of the World, Beer of the World, Dine Around Town, Travel and Much More!
Volunteers also needed to stuff baskets, and support the event the day of... PLUS we need everyone to share on social media and invite their friends. This is our only major fundraising event for a year that has already seen pretty severe cuts to traditional funding.
Volunteers needed to help welcome world renowned artists working in the area in early November as part of the ArtRepublic. We looking for native level speakers of Spanish, German, French, Arabic (Morocco), and Chinese (Mandarin) to be "on call" in case an interpreting need should arise.
