Stephanie is currently President of IFCG, Inc. a firm providing strategic advisory services with an emphasis on U.S. Government contracting, engineering and construction. Stephanie has travelled and worked in over 40 countries, and organized high level diplomatic meetings and summits for energy security and conflict resolution with the United States, U.K., Ukraine, Russia, Iraq, Turkey, Libya, Algeria and Egyptian governments addressing critical energy supply and geopolitical security issues.

During her tenure at APR, Audrey has represented the company at trade shows and meetings in numerous countries.

David Brosche is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves who has spent 17 years serving our country. He returned from deployment to Djibouti, Africa in August 2014 and now works at Deutsche Bank.

In addition to his work with GlobalJax, Radwan serves as Chair of the Mayor’s Asian American Advisory Board and the Night of Asia Planning Committee.

Linda Dave serves as the Contract Compliance Manager at Family Support Services of North Florida, the lead agency for foster care, adoption and family preservation in Duval and Nassau counties. Sondie Frus began her tenure with GlobalJax on September 11, 2001. Since that day she has been committed to the work of Citizen Diplomacy, building bridges through exchange that make the world a more connected and safer place for all. Before joining GlobalJax she was an Eve award finalist recognized for outstanding volunteerism in education. Since then she has also been recognized by the national programming agencies and the State Department for her quality work with international visitors.

Craig Gibbs was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987. He has been a member of the D.W. Perkins Bar Association since 1987, serving as president in 1997–1998. Mr. Gibbs is also a member of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association, where he served as Vice President in 1998–1999 and President in 2000–2001. In addition, Craig Gibbs serves on Jacksonville’s Downtown Investment Authority which is working to drive development in the urban core.

Betzy Santiago is Special Assistant to Mayor Alvin Brown and Protocol/ International Officer. Her role affords her the opportunity to interact with many visiting dignitaries and work to engage our local multicultural community. In addition to her work with GlobalJax, Betzy currently serves on the board of Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida. She is the Mayor’s Liaison for Jacksonville Sister Cities Association and the Southeast Citizens Planning Action Committee. She is a graduate of the Northeast Florida Regional Council’s Regional Leadership Academy, the JAX Chamber’s Political Leadership Institute and Leadership Jacksonville. Betzy is fluent in English and Spanish and has lived on the First Coast for more than 20 years.

Odette Struys

The Blood Alliance

Odette Struys is from Singapore, speaks five languages and finds it easier to name the countries she hasn’t been to than the ones she has. She is the official spokesperson for The Blood Alliance and oversees strategic communications, public relations and marketing for all operations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. In 1992, Odette pioneered the way for women in Singapore as the first female Olympic TV anchor. She is also a celebrity anchor for WJCT/PBS TV and a regular emcee for various City of Jacksonville events. Odette is on the Board of Directors of Visit Jacksonville and was the first Asian to become President of the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville. She was also one of only 163 people worldwide to earn the Rotary International Public Relations Award.
